Each week, you will have the opportunity to engage in scenario based role playing exercises where you take on the role of a leader, team member in various leadership situations. This will help you practice new strategies, build confidence and refine your leadership style.

Take Home Exercises & Reflection

To ensure you are truly integrating the neuroscience principles into your daily leadership practices, each week there will be take home exercises designed to challenge and deepen your understanding of the material. These exercises will allow you to:

  • Apply Key Concepts: You will be asked to reflect on your own leadership experiences, identify challenges you are facing, and apply neuroscience based strategies to work through them. For example, after learning about emotional regulation, you might practice identifying triggers and use brain based tools to manage your reactions in difficult situations.

The Neuro Lead program is not just about learning in isolation. It's about learning together. Once of the most powerful aspects of the program is the built in peer accountability and support system.

  • Group Discussions: Every week, you will also participate in group discussions, either during or outside of live sessions, where you can share challenges, successes, and insights with fellow leaders. This peer exchange will allow you to see different perspectives, get feedback from others, and apply ideas from your peers in your own leadership.

Hear Amanda's Story....

Amanda worked hard to get to her current role as Senior Operations Manager. While she was confident in her abilities, she was feeling the strain of leading a large team through the constant stream of challenges that was coming to them everyday. Some of those challenges included restructuring, increased workload and constantly shifting priorities.

Before the program, she found herself overwhelmed by the demands of her role, struggling to balance leadership responsibilities with her own well being. Despite her experience, she sometimes doubted her decision making abilities and effectiveness in managing conflicts within her team.
